in one protein sequence as you know we have a string from amino acids.for example: 

AACCCDGYAEELPSWWYAOOLLLSSBBBDDD.
I want to seeprate them .
i=2:AA AC CC CC CD DG... 
i=3:AAC ACC CCC CCD.... 
i=4:....
.
.
.

i started to write, but i thought it is impossible or beyond my abilities!! please help me.
