See HTML::FormFu::Element::Repeatable, its used for both generating html, and validating form submissions.

And FWIW, submitting this data without a cd-drive doesn't exactly make sense (and submitting the data with a cddrive has been solved CDDB, Net::FreeDB, freedb.org > Applications > Freedb aware applications
