How do I achieve in a single regex?

Why? 

if ($Line !~ /\bgroup\b/ && $Line =~ /^(\d{4}) ([^\.]+?[\.\!\?])$/)

But it can be done. 

if ($Line =~ /^(?!.*\bgroup\b)(\d{4}) ([^\.]+?[\.\!\?])$/)
