Fixed.

You know how you click the "++" button to vote on a node and then try to scroll down and your browser decides that you've given focus to a form element so obviously you didn't mean to navigate on the page, you meant to change your choice in that input element?

Yeah, I've hated that behavior for a very long time.

That's what broke posting. I accidentally turned on "no duplicate node titles allowed" for replies.
