Your voting buttons are in dropdowns?

No, I never said that. I mentioned voting button selection getting changed when I try to scroll as an example of attempts to navigate being thwarted by form input elements (and I've heard lots of people complain about that specific case). And I said drop-downs take over (almost?) all forms of scrolling via keyboard (I fail to find any that still work but I won't claim to know all of the possibilities).

I was mistaken about scroll wheel changing drop-downs here now (much of the time I don't have a mouse wheel, including when I replied and had to resort to memory of the scroll wheel changing a selection, a memory that I still have despite not reproducing it here now).
