If your code is small (a couple hundred lines or less, not including POD), you could just post it in the Meditations section with RFC in the title.

Or, you could post small sections of your code and get advice.

You could use percritic to get automatic advice on style issues. You may not agree on all its advice, but at least you will get verbose explanations in many cases.
