Hello monks, My company has assigned me a new project where they are in need of a table were they would enter errors made by employees. They need a login page and a page with a table once they are done they will submit the page. ALso they need a review of data what they entered.

My idea was this like i am little good in perl so i thought to write it in perl/cgi. Where i will use xml to store and retrieve data

Whats your suggestion monks which one would be more suitable either PHP or Perl/cgi. Please suggest me with your advises.
