Installing one of Padre or Wx should have installed Alien::wxWidgets, its where  blib\arch\Alien\wxWidgets\msw_2_8_12_uni_gcc_3_4\lib\wxmsw28u_core_gcc_wxp_binary_14_0.dll et all come from
