Can someone help with following: I need from a given string remove all non alphanumeric characters but excluding space, underscore and minus sign.

All accents should be removed too - so only regular alphabet from A to Z (upper or lower case), numbers, space, underscore and minus sign.

Regular expressions is my weak spot :(
