Sort the indices then use an array slice on each array.

> @sortedIdx = sort { $items[ $a ] cmp $items[ $b ] } 0 .. $#items;
> @items = @items[ @sortedIdx ];

> say qq{@items};
> say qq{@weights};'
cow desk dog
150 10 20
