Hello Monks, I am new to Strawberry Perl, just setup and found unable to install module as needed

install Config::IniHash in cpan shell
or
cpan Config::IniHash

CPAN: CPAN::SQLite loaded ok (v0.202) Database was generated on Thu, 05 Apr 2012 02:56:47 GMT Warning: Cannot install Config::IniHash, don't know what it is. Try the command i /Config::IniHash/ to find objects with matching identifiers. CPAN: Time::HiRes loaded ok (v1.9724)
Both seems give me the same result ( though some wordings are different )

I am not sure why's that, but is it require me to add more repository address like ppm does? And How if it is ?
