You've completely ignored advice already given regarding solving the problem. "not working" isn't an error report. Take the advice I gave in Re: (OT) onClick event in cgi not workling and most of these problems will become clear. In the long run spend time learning about HTML/JavaScript/Perl, in general programming and debugging.
