I assume choroba meant this specifically: http://www.tiobe.com/index.php/paperinfo/tpci/Perl.html. Which may or may not be of interest, but does appear to be based on "verifiable (or at least falsifiable) figures" (and I don't see why TIOBE would falsify them).
