can someone please send me a perl script to find solution of following problem:-

input a random DNA sequence , cut the DNA sequence randomly into three** fragmented sequence** ,from these fragmented sequence** retrace the DNA sequence** back.

for eg.

input string=AGCTAACCTTCAG

fragments= TAACC,AGCT,TCAG,CCTT

and then We want to retrace the original DNA sequence.
