For a cute marsupial that can chomp your leg off, you can't beat Schwern's proposed perl-qa mascot, the Koaladile (a cross between a Koala and a Crocodile): "Koaladile is for Kwalitee".

I also love this (duck-billed) platypus with a floppy-disk bill.
