I have read so many perl2exe, par packer, perlapp and a few others i know this may be a matter of opinion but i need something that is stable. I am ok with installing active state and compiling there as well.

Also I am on a 64 bit windows machine I have always heard if you are on Linux and compile on Linux then your compiled code will not run on windows. I was wondering if you compile on a 64 bit machine with 64bit version of perl on windows will the compiled .exe binary run on 32bit windows systems.
