This code, as written, produces syntax errors. Most egregiously is on line ~145 (after getting rid of the extraneous <CODE> tag and empty line at the top):

No such class S_KEY at C:\test\scratch\cipher.pl line 145, near "my S_KEY"

Please check your code before submitting it. You've been told before (numerous times), and it's really not that hard. This is a COMPILE TIME ERROR for heaven's sake...
