You can respond to your own question, click Comment on foreach my $question (@perlmonks){} and post the solution.
Afterwards edit your original question foreach loop not retrieving all data. and append <b>update:</b> solution posted [id:// new id of solution ]
While you're taking suggestions like these, consider How do I compose an effective node title? , even though its hard to come up with a really good one, a slightly better title one might have been "html/xpath not looping through the whole table"
