I think I've heard that before :) I also heard in podcast http://www.codingbynumbers.com/2011/12/coding-by-numbers-episode-31-perl.html (via http://perlweekly.com/archive/23.html) at about ~26:40 where where TheDamian talks about the mistake of perl6 which is doing everything , all pre-development in public
