Well, certainly it is a sort of criminal use of colour, but chartreuse is not categorised as weapon of mass destruction I think (mmh, maybe should be included...)

Where is magenta when the world needs it?... or a background of dark blue-green tiger stripes... a gradient of small Cyan dots... a few orange boxes... something
