Self built Visual C DEBUGGING Perl. I tried 373 repeat count on ActivePerl 5.10 and it worked successfully. I dont know if DEBUGGING is to blame, or it is ActiveState's own tweak to Perl. You can try looking through AS's diff file http://downloads.activestate.com/ActivePerl/releases/5.16.0.1600/ActivePerl-5.16.0.1600-295879-diff.txt if you are curious. It might also be a header difference between my MS C Compiler and AS's MS C Compiler.
