You need to create a Tk::FBox object like outlined in the docs.

update: Hmm, try any of

• Tk::SelFile
• Tk::JFileDialog
• Tk::SimpleFileSelect
• Tk::FileDialog

and see what works. Did I mention I don't like Tk much? :)
