Hey,

I'm programming my upload script right now and so far when I set the max_post it seems to be working. I set the max to 1.7 mb and lets say when trying to upload a mp3 file of 5 mb, the script will print out the error page saying the files are to big. Now my concern is when I upload a 12mb zip file from my hard drive, the web browser hangs and ends up "not responding". The acutal file is never uploaded to the upload directory I specified in the upload script, however I'm just wondering is there any way to prevent this type of action? Is it common for it to do this when uploading a large file. Also since I'm on Windows, would the temporary file for the upload still exist since it never closed the file handle?

Thanks,
Anthony
