Ok, so this boils down to laziness. You want to say install my_favorites and have all the dependencies automatically handled for you. I am guessing that this is not too hard once you have built your bundle. Take a look at the following modules:

• Parse::CPAN::Packages
• Parse::CPAN::Authors
• CPAN::Checksums

Basically you would fool CPAN.pm into thinking your Bundle::JetsFavorites was uploaded by modifying locally. I am not sure how much work is involved, but it should be a nudge in the right direction.
