It is kind of complex, since I know you will not have a reasonable answer for that, I am not going to assume that you don't know the language or don't known any computer language in general.

Here's the point - you are asking a basic Perl question in a Perl forum. But, your questions indicate that you haven't designed what your code is supposed to do. Your questions imply that you haven't figured out the steps you want your code to take. I don't care what language you're using - you cannot write sensible code without figuring out what you want the code to do.
Let me put it this way - a computer is a very dumb person who will do exactly what you want it to do. If you don't figure out what that is, how is the computer supposed to?
