If you're running mod_perl, then Apache::Perldoc or Apache::Pod are better. Rather than giving you the docs for the latest released version of a module, they give you the docs for the version you actually have installed. And if you the module is not installed, they tell you that too. Plus of course they're faster than surfing over the interweb.
