True, but maybe this could be part of the CPAN-QA effort? Since they are already going around and making fixes/updates/tests/etc it would only be one more step to devise and fill in meta-data. I am sure I am being optimistic here, but hey, its nice to dream. CPAN is perl's killer-app, but that is not to say it can't be improved.
