Dunno about others, here are my answers.

I tend to format my own code. I am more likely to worry about someone else's (lack of) error reporting than formatting.

As for whether I test, well it depends. For short examples I might or might not. If I don't then it either is simple or it is something I can type almost by reflex. Even so I am likely to say, "Untested" from time to time.

Anything over 10 lines I probably tested quite a bit.

Anything I had to think about I either disclaim or test or sometimes both.
