You bring up a good point. I have wondered this on several occasions when I have "considered" nodes. And here is my reasoning:
One posibility is that vroom does not have time or just doesn't check the consider nodes page. This could be a problem since then things would pile up and, well... nothing would ever get done. Maybe it would be possible to have some Saints also have deleting ability, but that would be up to vroom...
The other posibility is that the Nodes to consider page is automated, therefore, it deletes node when enough votes have been accumalated to do so, but it is likely that many people don't care and they don't have the Consider nodelet on or they just don't use it. So again, you have a piling up of jobs which are not being done...
Hopefully this dilema, if it truly is one, can be handled soon.
