How do we run perlscript in XEMACS? kindly reply the command key which is used to run the perlscript in XEMACS

    I guess that you need to have that module loaded. But I always load the script in xemacs, edit it, and at the Perl menu (right side) I choose: Check Syntax or Run (at the lower section of the submenu), and it compiles!

    I have noticed that it requires the sheBang on top to know that it is Perl stuff. If it doesn't know that it is a perl script, it doesn't show the perl menu.

    There is also the perldoc that you may read by highlighting a word.

    I wouldn't be able to write anything without the help of Xemacs. It is addictive!
