You need to do one or more of the following:
- provide the exact error you're getting and a short sample of code which produces the error (not a paraphrase)
- read perldoc CPAN, perldoc perlmodinstall, and perldoc -q "my own module"
- bug your sysadmin
Not necessarily in that order.
