So let's see how Perl oriented this thing is:
- they don't list Perl-XML on their mailing list page
- the "Tools & Utilities" section has a Java sub-section but no Perl one, very bad!
- A search for Java returns 346612 hits, a search for Perl
returns 158893 hits, that's about average, but I am not sure
they search only XML related topics (Google finds about 519,000
hits for "perl xml")
- the XPath section lists XML::XPath pretty high in the list, good
- a search on "Perl Monks" retrieves a list of indirect links, not too bad,
I'd say good because of the
xmlhack one which I was not aware of ;--)
- the search knows about XML::Twig, good! ;--)
Other notable features:
- The career center has no job posts (yet?)
- the tip of the day is quite lame (there is more to white space
handling that what is shown there)
Overall not very Perl friendly. I registered anyway, you never know...
