Maybe we could use the same convention for linking to monks by name (i.e. vroom) for book titles so that they link directly through to the Gift Shoppe so it would be WAY easy for people to do it...

    You sort of can, the books each have named anchors. But you have to make a "real" link, ie: <a href="index.pl?node_id=29195#title"> which will link to Buy Stuff and jump to the specified title (if it can find it.)
