I am glad you posted this. I was having trouble getting Audio 1.028 to work with Alsa 1.0.4, but I just checked and Audio 1.029 is out and working fine. :-)

I got your script to run, but was wondering how do I use the demo file you list at the end of your code?

It should work by just saving the file somewhere and then loading it via "File.. open". Press play, and there should be sound :-) "What should it profit a man, if he should win a flame war, yet lose his cool?"	[reply]

Ok, I see what the problem was. The loadable files must have an ".alrack" extension. I'm not really a human, but I play one on earth. flash japh	[reply]
