Then answer all the questions. You'll be totally debundled from the system installation that way. Be sure you answer the Makefile.PL option with the right PREFIX=$HOME/whatever value, as described in perlman:perlmodinstall.perl -MCPAN::FirstTime -eCPAN::FirstTime::init
