Toddy coffee is my favorite. I got my first Toddy in the 80's. It's a concentrate you make by steeping a pound of coffee in water overnight, producing about a liter of highly caffeinated liquid. Yum. You refrigerate it and then mix as much as you like with hot water anytime. Because it's steeped cold, the acid content is much lower. Mmmm...
