    You dont need cygwin to run xemacs.

    I even provided a link for you, I shouldnt have wasted my time on what is clearly a troll I suppose :(
      No troll. I was in the CB then too; someone suggested xemacs (you?) and someone else said something like "xemacs sucks, don't use it" and nothing more was said about it. Given the number of editors out there, I can see dropping it from my list to try based only on that if I were in Wassercrats position.

        It wasnt me who suggested it in the CB so there is at least two of us who recommend it ;-)
