Hi, a friend of mine developed the Trust_Modeler . While the GUI is still very crude, I believe it has lots of potential. Basically this is a glorified notepad that you can create notes and organize them visually.

I've found it to be helpful in writing papers and analyzing network traffic, but it can be used for much much more. In fact the only reason I go into X is to use this and mozilla ;).

I've sent him a diff that cleans up the code so it works with "strict" and the warnings are almost non-existant. However, it isn't on his site as of yet.
