Brasil-PM is organizing the 1st Brazilian Perl Users Meeting. The meeting will take place during the "2a Semana de Software Livre do Rio de Janeiro", under the theme "Client x Server", which is coordinated by Universidade do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO).


There will be sessions on:

- Data Base Management with Perl
- Administration of Servers and Computer Networks with Perl
- Perl and Information Security
- Perl in Bioinformatics


There will also be a mini-course, a round table, PM social and technical meetings, and maybe a JAPH workshop.
