If there's a language issue you'll probably be much better served by getting in contact with a native speaker rather than trying to muddle through here in English. Check out the Perl Mongers site; there's two groups listed for Russia and four for Israel. They should have mailing lists where you should be able to find someone with whom there'll be less of a communications issue (and geography willing you might be able to attend a meeting and find someone to get you straight on the basics).

So why do you insist in trying to communicate in English? I don't think you even begin to realize how annoying it really is. You ask a question, get a dozen answers, and then you ignore all of them. Why? Its not because you don't understand English. You continually (you never stop) ask the same question a new, and instead of "staying the course" when you don't understand something, you just blindly ask the same question again. If you don't understand the answer, explain which parts you don't understand, don't just ask the question again!
