Hmmm so I may have an issue with the CPAN module. If it is not downloading the most current version something is whacked.

Just out of curiousity, why are you using the CPAN module with ActivePerl? Why aren't you using PPM? ------ We are the carpenters and bricklayers of the Information Age.
