CombatSquirrel has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
Does anyone know what is going on? Is get actually caching the page or did I just screw up the script?#!perl use strict; use warnings; use LWP::Simple; while (1) { my $page = get 'http://de.weather.yahoo.com/GRXX/GRXX0024/index_c.h +tml'; $page or die "Failure: $!\n"; $page =~ /Heute(?:\s*<[^>]+>)*\s*([^<]+)/i or die "No match\n"; print $1, "\n"; sleep 60 * 60; }
