I just used this information to build PPDs for DBD::Sybase. These are now available with the other DBI binaries on http://ftp.esoftmatic.com/DBI/.

    Like shay said, those binaries will depend on MSVCR71.dll, so it's only prudent to at least warn users (one way to warn).
