This would meet too:
/-.*(\d\d)/
It will match the leftmost - and then greedy match anything up to the last to digits. Surely those two will be the "righ most digits after the minus".
$\=~s;s*.*;q^|D9JYJ^^qq^\//\\\///^;ex;print
