Just to start things off then:

Overall organization - are all the divisions of the site clear and useful?
Searching - how hard is it to find what you are looking for?
General Interaction - how do you like the entering of text, code, links, etc.?
Chatterbox - what other commands would be useful?
Documentation - is everything about the site sufficiently well explained?

I'm probably forgetting a number of things, but these were on the top of my mind.

I think Albannach has a great list here. I would simply add: Flow - how easy it is to navigate, get to the next logical place. Moderation - does the current system work well enough to keep this place cool Customizations - does the current level suit everyone?
