in perltootc (this link doesn't appear to work - perltootc is in the ActiveState docs - I'll try to find another source)
This link doesn't work because there is no perldoc named "perltootc", perhaps you were thinking of "perltoot" or "perlboot"

    In Active State docs there's a perltootc - Tom's OO Tutorial for Class Data in Perl.

    update The Active State docs on my PC have a pertooc, which I originally referenced above, but on Active State's site, it is indeed called perltootc, as bobf indicates. (Although the TOC on the left hand side of their site says perltooc. Oh well.)
