Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
Traditionally, Perl hasn't been used all that much for making and/or scripting games, although there are exceptions, like the excellent Frozen Bubble which is made with Perl+SDL.
The question at hand really is if there are more examples that you know about and would like to talk a bit about.
The request that is hidden way down in the bottom of this post is really for someone knowledgable about Perl and especially with regards to games to fill in some info about this at the site http://www.gpwiki.org/. I've noticed Python is represented there, but no Perl, and we can't have that, now can we? :)
Note: I am not one of the operators of that wiki, but I'd like for Perl to be represented, and fairly, which is why I don't do it myself... :)
