    Apparently it's been down for some hours. There are a variety of mirrors out there.
    My local one is at http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/CPAN/. You could go there and find your local one.

    I just realized the closest mirror to me (USA, Illinois) is the playboy mirror....too bad it wouldn't fly at work ;).
