in thread noveling and software design

You mind making that available? I'm working on a novel right now and I'd love to have that kind of software available ...

Being right, does not endow the right to be rude; politeness costs nothing.
Being unknowing, is not the same as being stupid.
Expressing a contrary opinion, whether to the individual or the group, is more often a sign of deeper thought than of cantankerous belligerence.
Do not mistake your goals as the only goals; your opinion as the only opinion; your confidence as correctness. Saying you know better is not the same as explaining you know better.

Send me the code and I'll continue it ... I'm in the beginning stages of a novel myself and I would love to have something that will help me out.

        Get it at ztkdb

Make 1 graphic jpg file for each Chapter and name it Chapter.$num.jpg. Then edit the configuration file to have as many scene numbers as you want. A tabbed notebook will appear for each chapter with that many scene numbers.

You can see where I need to begin work on it,..that is to allow different scene names for each chapter, and tagging them somehow, to relate them to other chapter-scenes.

But I did work out all the memory gain bugs, so the ztkdb program can run for hours without accumulating ram space. :-)

If you have any questions about how the code-inards run, I can probably help you.

It also needs a printout sub, to print the contents of each tab or the whole shebang. :-)
