CB Stats working again

The CB Stats are working again. Due to a, <ahem>, maintenance error, the statistics were not being properly gathered for some time now. Thanks to bart for pointing out the aberrant behavior.

The stats are recomputed every hour -- so it's really a rolling window of 7x24 = 168 hours. Gradually, over the next 7 days, the numbers should rise back to their typical ranges.

It was just on Newest Nodes (cb stats back up) but that was because of the trouble with perlmonk.org.	[reply]
